Based on the most recent estimates, the costs of the Work Packages are as follows:
- Work Package 2: $81 million
- Work Package 3: $65 million
- Work Package 4: $24.4 million
- Work Package 5: $80.5 million
These costs are preliminary and will be refined as design progresses. Work Package 4 is not currently programmed for construction.
